Today's workout is a 40-Minute Jump Rope Skipping Workout - HEALTH + AESTHETICS This week's workout consists of 4 rounds. There are 12 exercises in each round. We swap between a jump rope exercise and a stretch. So the workout is perfect for not only improving your health and mobility but also for improving your aesthetics by helping burn some body fat. I love workouts that consist of multiple modalities. In this workout, we used stretching in between our jumping to help us recover between sets but also to improve our overall mobility. Changing small details of your workout can really help you to optimize your results. Particularly for people who are short on time (ie all of us)
