Are you ready to this fun 30 Minutes step aerobics workout?

You asked for more advanced at a slower pace, so here it is! Today we are doing intermediate to advanced step aerobics choreography at 128 bpm. A quick 30 minute sweat-fest with funky music and moves that only Chris can make up!

Step aerobics workouts are a great way to get in your cardio for the day!! Not only will this workout burn a ton of calories, but using your brain to remember moves is a wonderful way to challenge your memory and mind body connection. It is not only about burning calories, but also about overall health and wellness!
Do your best and just keep moving your feet! Try it without the bench for a fun low impact workout!!
