20-MIN Low-Impact Fat Burning Full Body Workout | Day 19 of REBUILD

I wanted to include a low-impact, full-body fat-loss workout in the Rebuild program. This workout has no jumping or high-impact exercises that can trigger hip pain or lower back tension. My full body fat loss workouts are always low-impact, mainly bodyweight exercises. I do include light weights, and I prefer to include different exercises to get the whole body working. This is an easy way to get the cardio effect, burn more calories and work extra hard in a small amount of time.

Here are the exercises and tools included in this full-body workout:

1. Band pull leg raises
2. Stationary backward lunges (right/left)
3. Stationary backward lunges forward lean (right/left)
4. Banded squat wall hold
5. Staggered RDL (right/left)
6/ Shoulder press - band pull apart (halfway)
7. Curtsy lunge (right/left)
8. Shoulder push press
9. Straight dumbbell curls
10. Dips
