If you are not diabetic, consuming these foods will make you become diabetic and if you are already diabetic, eating these foods will make your diabetes worse. Avoid eating foods containing the nutrient to make yourself glucose tolerant. Diabetes is glucose intolerance. This nutrient makes you more glucose intolerant.
