Hi Everyone, this is a gentle yoga practice that will help you if you are recovering from Covid19. This 20 mins yoga practice consists of asanas to relieve the lungs and stretch the entire torso to help you breath better. We will end with some breathing exercises & pranayamas.
You will need a couple of thick pillows for the practice. Hope you find this helpful.
