Following a COVID-19 infection in April 2020, Donna Davies experienced ongoing symptoms for over eight months. As one of the first patients to join Cardiff and Vale University Health Board's Long COVID Rehabilitation Service, Donna shares her experiences of living with Long COVID and how the services provided by the Rehabilitation Team have helped her to manage her symptoms and aid recovery.
