In today's video, I'm sharing one of the minerals that you may be missing from your diet that could be causing you consistent chronic joint pain and arthritis.
Unfortunately, when we are missing any vitamins and or minerals in the body, it makes a huge impact on our body, causing all sorts of diseases to form; osteoarthritis, arthritis and many more. Inflammation is the #1 culprit for many of the diseases we hear about today and very little is talked about inside our doctor's visits. Mineral deficiency like Boron and Magnesium are minerals that help to repair joints. And when we are deficient in these minerals, and others, of course, this can lead to arthritis by triggering and turning on the light switch of chronic inflammation. This is what weakens bone structure, causing the degradation of cartilage.
